Patsy J. Gabbard Oct. 12, 1929 - May 10, 2002 ELKHART - Patsy J. Gabbard, 72, of Morehouse Avenue, died at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, May 10, in the Elkhart Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Gabbard was born in Owensburg, Ind., on Oct. 12, 1929, the daughter of Rex and Lois M. (Jackson) Byers. She married Andress Gabbard in February 1947. He is deceased. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Lois E. Sherow and Donna S. Sylvia.

ELKHART -- Patsy J. Gabbard, 72, of Morehouse Avenue, died at 9:30 p.m. Friday (May 10, 2002) at Elkhart Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Gabbard was born in Owensburg, Ind., on Oct. 12, 1929, the daughter of Rex and Lois M. (Jackson) Byers. She married Audress Gabbard in February 1947, and he is deceased.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. Niles of South Bend and Brenda K. Wilks of Elkhart, 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Two daughters, Lois E. Sherow and Donna S. Sylvia, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola, where the service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Gabbard was a homemaker.
