Stanislas 1er Leszczinski, roi de Pologne en 1704, puis soverain des ducÉs de Bar et de Lorraine 1677-1766. This man fought to retain the Polish Throne and was defendant in the Siege of Danzig and as Count Potolka was an ally and lived then in what is now Ukraine then Poland your ancestors may have a connection through this conflict esoecially I note the oblast Stanislas in Ukraine. The King sent to him for aid after loss of Danzig.
