I am looking mostly for the OBER family. George OBER immigrated to the US in 1852. He married Mary Vogel. His fathers name is Peter. Peter stayed in France all of his life and was a game warden. George came from Alsace France and ended up in the Old Allegheny City part of Pittsburgh. I have much info below George but always looking for more. I would love to help anyone else also. some other surnames that I have come across are VOGEL, MINZER/MENZER/MENTZER, EBERHARDT, STRAUB, BRECHT, STADELMAN, SAUR, O'LEARY, FAIR, FARRAR, ROONEY, SPUHLER, KRAFT.
