Two of the children did return to the U.S. One of them was my grandfather, Sylvestre Julien Dupuy. When Raymond died his relatives sent the two boys back to the U.S. to live and work for Jean Baptiste Pedelaborde. I happen to have a copy of Sylvestre's baptism certificate, marriage certificate and death certificate. None of them tell me where his family lived except that they were from France.
The third child was a girl named Francine Dupuy. She stayed in France. She married a Capdevielle. She was born in the U.S. in 1876.
She has a grand daughter that is still alive here. I am going to try to get some information from her.
I don't know how to scan and send this marriage certificate of Raymond's to you. Maybe you can tell me.
