I thank you for your looking up information. Did you get all this information from Ellis Island Records. I do not have a subcription to Immigration records on Ancestry.
I have Roger listed as arriving in the US as a US resident on 8 Aug 1921 and traveled to his residence which was 11 Hancock Place Woodside NY. This address has been confirmed with my father. Anna & Sam Nick were traveling to Ohio. I found his aunt as Lousie Paillot, she's listed on immigrants manifest, visiting her son Achilles Paillot at 11 Hancock Place. If Achilles is her son then that would make Roger her grandson not his aunt, Right? I'm not sure why she is called Roger's Aunt.
Louise Paillot born in Jussy, France about 1854. She lists her contact in France as son- Paul Petit 9 St. Edouard la Rue Le Havre. Last permant address Le Havre. I find it interesting that she lists Paul Petite as her son. Georgette Weiss married Paul Petite. I'm not sure if that is the same Paul Petite. I cannot figure out how Paul would be her son. Any idea?
Yes, I believe that Mary Weiss is the mother to Caroline Charlotte and Georgette. I could not figure out the spelling of Gabriel's last name. I'll ask if my father knows of a the Robinet name.
I found the Caroline Weiss that came over in 1911. She is listed as working as a maid. Mother was contact in France in Paris. I can't make out the address.
I will check and see if I can find the arrondissement and or birn records of Charlotte like you said.
