As to 'St. Croix', the only St. Croix parish in the diocese is actually Ste. Croix:

There are two communes also named Sainte-Croix in Calvados: Sainte-Croix-Grand-Tonne and Sainte-Croix-Sur-Mer.

For records you could either contact the archives in France or look at records on microfilm from the LDS. Of interest might be this one:
