There is an email address, archives (AT) cg44 (DOT) fr, you could contact to find out if they do research or can recommend a researcher for you (as much of the info for this area does not appear to be held on LDS films, unfortunately)

http://www.cgo44.org/ - this is the local genealogical society, they have six 'Deluet' records available, subscribing costs 47 euroes a year. It might be worth it as they will have local knowledge and access. Perhaps email to see if anybody there speaks English?
