French Family names and Christian names.

I am currently reviewing and extracting some records from Belle Prairie, Minnesota. They are written in paragraph form in the French language. I can interpret most of them, but would like to have a resource list of French surnames; and also a list of the most commonly used Christian names for males and females. Some of the script is difficult to read.

Is there a list on the internet with French surnames and French baptismal names?

Most of these people were French-Canadians.
