Following is information on my Fackler family:
Between 1737 and 1763 we know of eight FACKLER family members who entered America as immigrants from Europe. A family group consisting of the father, Hans Jacob, the mother Magdalena, a daughter, Barbara, and a son, Adam arrived in Philadelphia on the 8th of October, 1737. These are my ancestors on my fathers side, as I am related to Michael FACKLER a son of Hans Jacob and Magdalena, born in 1740 at Lancaster County, PA.
Hans Jacob and Magdalena are my first generation ancestors, and my family is traced from Pennsylvania to Maryland to Virginia to Illinois where my FACKLER ancestors settled for almost 100 years. My dad was born in Iowa and he moved with his mother and stepfather to Colorado where he was raised. .
Other families included are CLOTHIER, DEARY, FENTON, LEMON, McMULLIN, SCHREYACK, SCOTT, and SEMENS.
