I noticed when I went to Italy that Fabrizio is a common first name there. My family came to Philadelphia I think around 1907. Is it possible that during immigration the officials told someone with the first name of Fabrizio to choose an Americanized first name and use Fabrizio as their last name? Just a thought I've had from time to time. -Fran
