Graham Mitchell.

Sorry for not replying sooner. My FABIANs are in Sussex in 1800/1900s and Hampshire in 1800s. I have a connection with someone with Frederick Fabian but not sure if he's a photographer. Haven't found out yet.

My FABIANs were builders mainly in Brighton, Frank is my Grandfather, one of 7 children. His parents were Herbert George Payne FABIAN and Susannah Mary STANDING. His parents were Arthur and Emma Manders. Then Samuel (he was one of 11 children in in 1820s in Portsea Island, Hampshire. They moved across to Brighton in 1850s. If there is a connection I would be grateful for a reply.

I will have another look at my notes to see if I find a Frederick for you. What was your mother's name? Its nice to have photographs. I do not have any yet.

Anne.
