Marcie;; It looks like you and I are out of the same tree. Your Amelia Faas Goodman was a sister to my grandfather(Charles Gottlieb Faas) Also there were three Faas sisters that married three Goodman brothers. Mary married Fredrick Goodman and Julia married William R. Goodman. I have 15 children in that family. My mother was Caroline Faas , doughter of Charles Gottlieb and Mathilda (Knipfer). I live near Williamsburg Ia . about15 miles from where they settled in Iowa County. I have this line back to 1753. If you would like more information that I have I would like to hear from you.
