My greatgrandmother was Katherine Eagan, who came over from Ireland about 1883. She was born about 1865, so she was approx. 18 years old when she arrived. I do not know if she was with any family. I know that she married my greatgrandfather,Isaac Bradley, in NY,NY 1886. They moved to Bradford city, Mckean co., Pa by 1887 because this is where my grandfather, Edward William Bradley, was born. Other children were George Edward, Mary, Katherine and Helen. I found them on the 1900 census for Bradford city, Mckean co. Pa. lived on Clarion St. Also a few houses down there was also another Kate Egan,head,w,f,june,1864,36,b.ireland,year immigrated 1880
children:mary b.,george w, katherine and anna . I was thinking she might have been a sister-n-law of my katherine. Are there any relatives out there? thank you
