I am a descendent of Carroll Eades born 1752 Albemarle Co, VA died 1825 Muhlenberg Co, KY. I see there have been many posts on this person but no one can seem to find info on his ancestors. It is believed his father was Thomas. I dont know how concrete this is. I have been coming across what seems to be 2 Thomas Eades (maybe cousins, fathers Abraham b.1708 and Joseph b. 1700???) I have no evidence of this it is just my speculation and this is where the confusion begins for me because I do not know which Thomas is Carroll's father. If anyone has more information please help...I will be happy to share any info I have as well. I have also read some posts about a Native American connection to Carroll (son Barnett states on marriage bond for 2nd marriage in Mulhenberg Co, mother and father Native American) I can only imagine that maybe the mother was NA with an American name??
