Hi Keith, you wouldn't happen to know if any of your family worked on the trains..just browsing and saw this lot and although the EADES families never seemed all that differently named through the generations there are some names including yours which are in my lot of EADES from Hampshire. My earliest date I have is of a Francis EADES bpt 1715 and married Elizabeth BANKS I have alot of families right down through to today...including a bpt of a JEM EADES which I can only presume to James. I don't have my notes to hand but would be happy to share. It is this Jem EADES who disappeared from a Census and turned up in Lambeth working on the trains and in lodgings. Grace also is a close family connection and is infact the name of my late mother, but it appears also in a family that resprouted in Australia and then again in N.Z. Ellen first appeared in my tree as an infant death from Thomas EADES my gt/g/father. I run a yahoo group of EADES researchers if you are interested just do a yahoo groups search for EADES and it'll come up...it is for te EADES of Hampshire uk and their strays.. Many thnx...Cher Notify Administrator about this message?
