Greetings,
My great grandfather was Michael D'Orazio from Castel Mauro.
I know his wife was a LaFratta, and Lucia sounds familiar.
I am the eldest grandson, of their son, Antonio Leonardo D'Orazio, who was likewise born in Castel Mauro and emigrated to the US shortly after WW I. He married Margharita (aka Margerat( Mastroianni.
My mom is Jean (D'Orazio) Robinson.
They settled in the Springfield, MA area. Most of my D'Orazio (and Mastroianni) relatives still live in New England, NY or NJ.
Been looking lately for better info, as Papa Antonio is almost the last one in his generation left.
