Longshot Question - Ingram's from Scotland PRE-1650

I have seen that the Ingram's are a sept of the Clan Colquhoun (How do you pronounce this name?), and am wondering if anyone's research they have by any chance seen the surname Ingram with Moodie / Mudie?
I am researching a Scot POW from the Battle of Dunbar in Sept. 1650, named Ingram MOODIE who was born c1619 in Scotland (where I don't know), who was shipped to Boston, MA as an indentured servant.
I have searched high and low and cannot find anything on this man's birth in Scotland. If anyone here has seen a link, I would be Most greatful for the info. Please leave a message here.
Thank you.
