I am going to try to find something on your family but want to clarify some things.

When you say "they both came to America" do you mean both John Cairns Sr. and his wife or do you mean

John Cairns Sr. and his wife and Lena York and her husband?

Also were your grandparents Marilyn Knox and John Cairns born in Ireland or America

Where did the family (families) come to in America. ??
