Cairns - Ireland. Anyone that can help??

My mother's maiden name is Cairns, and I've never known anything about our history on her side of the family. It's been recently mentioned that my family has it's own castle in Ireland. Where??-I have no idea. Her parents died when she was young, before I was born.

My grandmother's name was Marilyn Knox (maiden name)
--Marilyn's mother's name was Mildred Hunt (Maiden name)
--Marilyn's father's name was Thomas Edward Knox.
---Mildred's mother's name was Lena York (maiden name)

My grandfather's name was John Henry Cairns.
-His father's name was John Cairns also, but the
mother's name is unknown.

I know that Lena York is from Switzerland and her husband (first name unknown, last name Hunt) was from England.

John Cairns sr. was from county cork, ireland and his wife is from county mayo, ireland...

They both came to America.

If anyone has any information on any of these people I would gladly appreciate it. I'm not sure on dates.
