My information shows that Samuel Cable of Pike Twp was born 11 May 1814. Your Samuel was born in 1799 according to my research.
For your information I found Samuel Cable in the 1850 Census in Bloom, Scioto, OH, and I also found Michael Cable in the 1830 Census in Bloom, Scioto, OH.
