In the records of the Second Congregational Church, West Parish Amesbury Vol. 1 pg.298 I found under Marriges

Bussell
Martha (Mrs.int.) and Chase Sargent, May 9, 1776

This indicates to me perhaps Martha was a widow of a Bussell. In the records they list Bussell, Bussel, Buswel and Buswell most likly the same family.
I decend through Chase and Marthas son Joseph's son, Smith Sargent's, daughter Emily who married Alvin Tufts in Cornish,Maine
