I have Captain Thomas H. Boyles who married Sarah Adcock, daughter of Thomas Adcock, in Monroe county, Alabama in 1817. Capt. Boyles had a company in the Mississippi Militia which was called up to deal with the Creek Indians after the Fort Mims, Alabama massacre in 1813. Three of Sarah Adcock's brothers were in Boyles' company, Reubin, Lewis, and John, which is understandable considering their parents were among those killed at Fort Mims.
This is all I have about Thomas Boyles. There is another researcher, Mark Migura, who has done considerable research on the Adcock's and related lines. His email address is tyr2490@tyler.net. I hope I've helped put a crack in your brick wall.
