hi
thanks for the reply. Tommy Burns is some relation to my husband--my husband's great great grandparents, Johann Dankert and Dorothea Pompbrin, one of their children. Sophia married to Frederick Brusso and one of their children Noah who was the famous boxer. Noah changed his name because his mother didn't like him boxing so that way his mother didn't know who Tommy Burns was.

Tommy was bornJune 17 1881 in Lot 13, Cone 15, Normandy Twp (Hanover), Ontario. He died May 10 1955 in Vancouver, BC from a heart attack.

You say your great grandfather cousin was Tommy, does the surname Dankert, Schroeder ring a bell to you??

If you want more info on Tommy, I be glad to give them to you. let me know.
Bonnie
